I just read an article about Attu during WW2. My father served in Attu as well. Perhaps the two men knew each other. Thankful for the service of Allan Seroll and condolences for his family.

I was a volunteer who delivered food to Mr. Seroll. He was a wonderful man and I always enjoyed our conversations talking about his life, his marriage, his work, his service to the country. He told me anecdotal stories of his war service and how he learned to crack codes. He was so proud of his medals. What a hero he was for what he did during WWII. RIP to a good man.

Seroll family,
We enjoyed greeting both your parents when they would come in the VA WX. They would come up to the information booth arms wide open to give and receive hugs. They gave incredible hugs. They worked with us when we did MyChip events In Brookine . Their hands and smiles were always welcome, We sat with them, the Evans' And General Bob Davenport at many a Masonic Lodge Dinners. We will miss them both.
