Peter and family, I'm so very saddened by the loss of Alyce. She was a remarkable woman, thoughtful, always upbeat with a zest for life and so much fun. Everytime all of us would meet first at lahey clinic, then eventually to your's and her home we always felt welcome. I never saw her sad and she would somehow with her very special humor cheer me up when I was down. I know how much she love you Peter and her close family with those much loved grandchildren that belonged to both of you. I will always remember her, could never forget her. This is such a tragedy, It seems like more of the good ones are taken than the not at all like Alyce. I wish mere words could help you pull through this but it will be tough, real tough to be without her. I'm assuming knowing Alyce she would want her family to find the inner strength to try as hard as you can to keep her in your heart but to continue with your lives as you did with her. I know you're hurting you know I lost my husband Eddie of 48 yrs. also 5 1/2 yrs. ago Anyone who knew Alyce will never ever forget her and they will always have a smile when remembering her.

Peter & Family So sorry, I was shocked when I read this on facebook I didn't now she was sick I would have came back to Mass if I knew, I was so happy she was my sister, rip Alyce heaven has gained a beautiful angel, love you. your sister Barbara.
