It is said that all of us had a teacher that was most influential in our lives. For forty years I have remembered Mrs. Chambers as that one special teacher. Her spirit and excellence touched my soul and encouraged my intellect.

Best teacher I ever had and the reason I'm so articulate. Thanks to Mrs. Chambers, I am also a "grammar and spelling stickler".
I'll never forget her denim skirts.

I began looking for Mrs Chambers last year to reconnect after so many years and found, just today, her obit. I am truly sad that I missed saying hello. She was a mentor and friend from Fenster so many years ago. I remember John well and little Ian. My warmest regards to both. I know she is resting in peace.

She was my first adult friend in 1962. I enjoyed working with her during our time at the Fenster School. I am sorry for your loss. God bless. Your family now and in the future. I recently lost my husband of 50 years. Jean Wheelin Miller (AZ)

She was a tremendous influence in my life. I was a student at Fenster for 3 & 1/2 years over 40 years ago, and I doubt that a week has gone by in those years when I did not have a thought about her. I have so much gratitude for her guidance, her unique personality and insight. Bless you Mrs. Chanbers and Thank You.
