ANN CALLANAN Obituary

CALLANAN, Ann Elizabeth "Nancy" Age 87, of Scituate, died peacefully on September 26, 2025, in the presence of her loving family. Nancy was the daughter of the late Dr. Alfred V. Mahoney and Frances (McKenna) Mahoney; and is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Kevin Bradley Callanan. She was the beloved mother of Kevin B. Callanan, Jr. (Maryellen) of Boston, Elizabeth Claire Callahan (Michael) of Weston and Christopher Alfred Callanan of Charlestown. She was the cherished grandmother of Megan E. Callanan, Kevin B. Callanan, III, Grace E. Callahan, Michael F. Callahan and Nora C. Callahan; and loving sister of the late Alfred V. Mahoney, Jr. and the late Paul Stephen Mahoney. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Monday, October 6, at St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent St., Scituate, MA 02066. A Visitation for friends and family will take place Sunday, 4 to 7 p.m., at McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer St., COHASSET, MA 02025.
