SORRENTINO, Antonino "Tom" Recently Retired Barber of Chelsea and Revere In Revere, on his 88th birthday, Aug. 31, following a brief illness. Beloved husband of the late Eva F. (Sarto). Devoted father of Richard A. & his wife Doris K. "Darcy" Sorrentino of Revere & Anthony V. Sorrentino & his wife Margaret "Peggy" of Melrose. Adored grandfather to Richard A. Sorrentino, II & his wife Michelle of Tewksbury, Shawn A. Sorrentino & his fiancee Carla D'Errico of Winthrop, Michael J. Sorrentino & his fiancee Diana DeLauri of Wakefield, Michelle R. & Paul A. Sorrentino, both of Melrose. Also lovingly survived by his 6 great grandchildren, Ryan A., Evan J., Amaya E., Cameron A., Olivia R. & Lilliana M. Sorrentino & many cherished nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews. Dear brother of the late Girolamo "Jack", Antonio, Giacomo "Jerry", Isabella, Antoinetta, Camilla & Bernadette. Family & friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 9:30 AM from the Vertuccio & Smith Home For Funerals, 773 Broadway (Rte. 107), REVERE followed by a Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, (corner of Beach St. & Winthrop Ave.) Revere at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours are Tuesday only 4-8 PM. Parking available left of the funeral home. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery. Antonino "Tom" retired in 2012, after 70 years as proprietor & stylist at "Paul's Barber Shop" of Revere, Chelsea & Boston's Financial District, rendering him a most full life.
