I've known Arthur since the first grade at the old Nazareth School (St. Brigid's). I 'd see him at the McKeon Post and he was always an upbeat guy. This news saddens me greatly. +RIP my friend.

I can remember playing base ball with Arthur and his brother at the park in South Boston on Farragut rd . His father would come down and play at times with us . A bunch of 12 , 13 year old kids play base ball all day . When I would see Arthur from time to time I would always bring playing base with him and his father . Arthur was always a nice guy and it is sad to hear of his passing .
