When I think of my Uncle Arthur I will remember the many funny stories he would tell about the "old days" with my dad and his brother Paul and sister Rita growing up on Wyman Street in Jamaica Plain. I will remember him with a glass of beer in one hand and a fork in the other chowing down a plate of food. He had a way of making you feel special and brightening up a room. RIP Uncle Arthur Mark Jaehnig

Mr. Jaehnig,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the USN during WW II-especially in 1944 during The Normandy invasion in France. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
