DYMENT, Barbara L. Hampton, NH - Barbara L. Dyment, most recently of Hampton, and formerly of Venice FL, Melrose and Malden, MA, passed away peacefully at Cornerstone at Hampton, on Thursday, August 25th. She was born on May 29, 1931 in Arlington, MA, a daughter of the late George Burns and Ella Mae (Griffiths) Burns, and sister of the late George Arthur Burns (Andover, MA). Surviving family members include children, Cheryl Dyment and husband Dennis O'Brien of Middleton, MA, Wayne Dyment and wife Paula of So. Portland, ME, Gayle Cardarelli and husband Michael of Hampton, NH, and Beverly Sullivan, widow of Edward of Taunton, MA; grandchildren, Scott Manley and fiancée Lauren Dalley of San Francisco, CA, Christopher Manley and wife Caitlin (Beling) of South Portland, ME, Cameron Dyment and wife Anne (Carberry) of No. Hampton, NH, Tyler Dyment and wife Salome Miclette of W. Roxbury, MA, John Cardarelli of San Francisco, CA, Jason Cardarelli and wife Victoria Nguyen of NYC, NY, Jordan Cardarelli of Waltham, MA, and Shane Sullivan of Taunton, MA; great-grandchildren, Jack and Marnie Dyment of North Hampton, NH, Felix, Arlo and Weston Manley of South Portland, ME; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Barbara was predeceased by her beloved husband, Harvey, who passed away on July 15, 2020, upon which time Barbara moved north to be close to family. The family is grateful to the staff of Cornerstone at Hampton for their loving care and concern for Barbara during these last two years. Visiting Hours: Services will be private.
