Bart was a great friend with whom I shared many fond memories. He, along with the late Bob Vigneau, were the ones who influenced me to move to Burlington with my family. When my wife's father was hospitalized in Maine, Bart and Charlene didn't hesitate to take our 2 and 5 year-old kids overnight so that we could visit with her dad in the hospital. We were certainly blessed to know them. As you join Charlene in heaven, rest in peace dear friend.

New Bart as a member of the House. A good man. May Bart rest in the Peace and Love of God.
