I will always remember Brian as a wise leader in our AFSCME union. Brian always had good ideas and a respectful way of dealing with everyone he did business with. He was such a great help with SUMMUP and has helped improve the work lives of so many.

Reva,

My deepest sympathy for you and your children. Brian was a great asset to me as I started with the Union-he taught me so much that I will never forget-he was a great man and a great friend who will not be forgotten. He will forever be with you in your heart and will always watch over you and the kids.

Reva and Children, I have only the kindest thoughts and memories of Brian. He was a true pillar to us all. When Brian entered a room, his mere presence brought respect and admiration to our cause. His work will never be forgotten, especially by those who had difficulty fighting for themselves. He has left a legacy that will truely endure. I considered him a true friend and mentor. I will miss him dearly.

My deepest sympathy to you Reva and all of you children. Bryon will be truly missed by many and especially the SUMMUP group that he mentored for so many years along with some other great union leaders.

We will take the lessons he taught and carry them into the future to help others with their stuggles and thus his memory shall live on.

Brian was a true mentor, unselfish in his teachings, his advice, and his caring of others. As a friend to many, he was loyal, thoughtful, and compassionate. I loved him for his convictions of faith, his generosity, his love of family, and his joy at winning our money at the card games. May he rest in peace with God.
