MELLON, Catherine M. (Walsh) In Plymouth formerly of Allston and Jamaica Plain, Age 92, Dec. 11, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Joseph T. Loving Mother of David J. and his wife Kathleen of Plymouth, Agnes Mellon Ward and her husband Dr. Frank T. Ward of Whitehouse, TX, Catherine M. Hogan and her husband James R., of Medway and the late Joseph T. Mellon. Grandmother of Melinda and Lindsey Hogan and Kristen and Ian Ward. Sister of the late Alice B. Casey, John J. Walsh and David J. Walsh. Kay graduated from Brighton High and attended Boston Business School. She went on to work at Mattapan State Hospital where she met the love of her life, Joe. She was also a former employee of the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY, Saturday, Dec. 17, at 9 am, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa Church at 10 o'clock. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 pm.
