Dear Mrs. Duran and all the Duran Family,
What would life be in the 1960's without the Duran Family at 197 Cross Street. Your Dad was truly the sweetest man I will ever know. I still see him sitting in his favorite chair on a warm sunny day watching the world go by. The summers that were spent swimming in what we thought was an Olympic size pool, NO ONE was ever left out of that pool or your house. It was always a house filled with love. Mr. Duran you "ARE" the best, and THANK YOU from the bottom of my socks for giving us all the best childhood any neighbor hood kid could have EVER asked for. Love, Karen Comita- Morgan
