Dear Bette, Ellen and Michael,
I had the pleasure of working with Charles at Albany Memorial and the Rubin Dialysis Center. He was so caring and compassionate of his patients and families. He was so bright and had a great sense of humor. I am so shocked to hear of his passing. I will miss him and his laugh!
He spoke so fondly about each of you.

My Condolences to the Schiffer family. I had the pleasure of Working with Dr Schiffer at the Rubin center in troy. He was kind and compassionate. We had a lot of laughs too. He is a wonderful person.
