Of Chestnut Hill, MA, on Sept. 30, 2005. Beloved husband of Blanche (Ginsberg) Schwartz. Devoted father of Joanie McCallie & her husband Wyatt of Denver, CO, and Susan Lechter and her husband Stephen of Sharon. Dear grandfather of Kari McCallie and Allison Robinson and her husband Brian, Josh and Andrea Lechter. Dear brother of Melvin Powers of CA, and the late Arthur Schwartz. Services at Temple Israel, 125 Pond St., Sharon, on Sunday, October 2, 2005 at 1:00 pm. Following the Interment at Sharon Memorial Park a Memorial observance will be held at the home of Susan and Stephen Lechter on Sunday until 9 pm. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to Friends of Dana Farber, 44 Binney St., Boston, MA 02115. Brezniak-Rodman 617-969-0800

Uncle Charlie was a very important person in our lives. He used his special intellect to inspire us to do our best. He always shared our happiness and blessings. We will miss all the support and love he gave us.

Uncle Shoike was an important person in my life. His zest for life (shown in his vacation exercise classes) and love of family (shown through his long and strong marriage to Aunty Blanche and wise words at family events) are an example for all of us. He will be truly missed.
