I had the privilege of working with Dale as leaders of the ABA Tax Section's Low Income Taxpayer Committee. We served together for 4 years, and I could not have had a better partner in that activity. I was thankful that he was able to again become an active ABA member so that I could see him again, and honored to have been on the committee when Dale received the Janet Spragens Pro Bono Award.
My heart and prayers are with Dale's family.
