Colman, as we knew him over here in Ireland, never forgotten, often spoken of and no doubt is missed by my cousins, his family in the US.

To Mary, and my cousins Rose, Bernadette, Brenda, Sheila, John, and to your extended families, my most sincere condolences. I hold treasured memories of meeting Colman on my one visit to Boston, and on his last visit to Ireland, I was privileged to have him spend two nights here in County Waterford. His sister Eileen who passed away last October stayed with my wife Catherine and I through the Covid era, and she (and also his sister Mary, my mother) spoke often and fondly of Colman - they can now catch up on old times on 'Slí na Fírinne'. A lovely and fitting obituary for a thorough gentleman - so good humoured and witty, he will be missed by you all.
The standard Irish invocation applies, ar dheis Dé go raibh sé - May he be at the right-hand side of God.

I smiled when organising some things last week when I found a collection of old coins Coleman gave me when I first visited Boston in my early 20´s. Such a lovely man that I'm so glad I got to spend some time with. My condolences from Ireland, I will be thinking of Mary and all the family this evening. Aoife
