Leon Jasper
December 3, 2023
Daryl was a GREAT FRIEND of mine, we grew up together in Richmond, Va. attending elementary-junior high & high schools. Daryl and I were baptized on the same Sunday at All Souls Presbyterian Church when we were just kids. Our FRIENDSHIP has extended for more than 70+ years. We walked or rode our bicycles practically every place we went; especially to play sports but I really remember the long talks we had about our futures & going to college, etc. while walking home from Maggie L. Walker HS with Arnold Stallings, William Day, Winston "Bucky" Anderson, Michael Johnson, Kermit Foster & myself. I have to say "THOSE WERE THE DAYS" and we all will miss our LOVING FRIEND REST IN PEACE DARYLL (that's the way he spelled his name back in the day). To the Johnson Family - from his Life Long FRIEND Leon Jasper.
