Of Chatham, age 79, Mon., Jan. 12, 2004. Husband of Anne (Hodges) Foster, father of David Jr. of Marblehead, Susan Wilson of Beverly Farms, Carolyn Parker of Sun Valley, Idaho, also survived by 6 grandchildren. There will be a memorial reception on Sat. Jan. 31, 2004 from 4-6 PM in The Wayside Inn, Main St., Chatham.
