Our prayers are with all of you today and everyday. There is not a day that goes by that we don't think of David and how much we miss him. Today when Joey and I were sitting outside there was a butterfly flying around us and I knew it was David letting us know he is around us spreading his love. Just know David will always be in our hearts.

Dear Brooke, Mark and Gregg,
Our family misses you in Sharon. We were so stunned and saddened by David's passing away from his long battle. Even though we know Gregg the best, David was always warm and inviting to my children and they considered him their friend, too.
Brooke, you are the strongest woman I know. I cannot begin the imagine what you and your family have gone through. But you are moving forward and living your lives with David in your hearts forever.

When I was little, my Dad used to tell me that when it rained hard it was because God was crying. It is pouring here, today, in New York. I do believe it is a sign of the sadness we all feel. With this past week being Rosh Hashana, it gave time to reflect on this past year and all that our family has had to endure. Not a day goes by that I do not think of David. Whenever I see a butterfly, I know that it is David spreading his wings and his everlasting love. David's life was cut way too short, but I have truly never known anyone with his spirit. Brooke, Mark & Gregg-
The large turnout for David's funeral was a tribute to you and your family and for David's courage and fight over the years. I am glad I was able to be with you all and that your family "adopted me" so genuinely.
I think the quote I got from KC and his wife today, says it all:

David will never be forgotten and will always be a part of Chris' tourney.

We all loved David very much.He gave us big hugs and kisses.I wish I could do something about it.WE all hold him in our hearts and souls.David was 21.He was sick for 14 years and fought it for 14 years.David was a good friend to others.I say this for this whole family that we loved David and will miss him.He is looking upon us.His body may be under ground but his soul is up in heaven with god.I rember when I put songs on his ipod for him.We put on his favorite song and he started singing along.David was loved by many people.David loved to watch movies and play basket ball.Me and my family miss him very much.

Brooke, Mark & Gregg, I feel so sad to hear of my cousin's passing when I barely knew him at all. I have heard what an amazing young man he was and my last memory of him was at my wedding, I am so thankful to have that. Dear Brooke and Mark - I was so saddened to hear that David had passed away. Sorry I can't be there with you all today. I'm glad we were able to share some time in New York in May. I know David wasn't feeling well then but it was great that he was able to participate and enjoy being with family.
What wonderful memories you will have. You both and Gregg have been blessed to have David with you for a short 21 years and how blessed he was to have you two for parents and a loving brother too.
I know that nothing will ever lessen the pain but hope that having such a wonderful family nearby will soothe the soul.
Please come visit us in Colorado when you get time. It's a place to just renew your spirit.

Mark, Brook and Greg. I was so glad that Marcia and I were able to be with you guys on Friday and Saturday. It was especially special to me that I was able to just sit and hold David's hand.
