DAVID RICARDO Obituary

RICARDO, David Dave, of Hanover, passed away unexpectedly, at home, a place he loved, on October 29. Son of John Ricardo and Eva Benjamin, Dave was a quiet, private person, raised in Newton. Dave found great joy in his dogs and close friends. Drawn to animal training at the age of eight, Dave had a unique gift for communicating with animals and it remained a lifelong passion and profession. A bright man with a keen eye and respect for things with sound and quality construction. Dave touched many through his lengthy dog training and grooming career, puppies and the gift of his beautiful hydrangeas. Dave leaves behind his niece, Lisa Meltzer; and her family; his much-loved canine companions, Lori, Bernie and Billy; dear friends John and Lori; and many others. A Celebration of Life will be held at Alba on 53, in Hanover, at 2053 Washington Street, on Saturday, November 8, at 4 PM. All are welcome.
