Knew David when he played golf a George Wright Golf Club. Remember when he beat Spike Clifford to win the club championship. I remember his little Karman Ghia. Very flashy. May he rest in peace.

My sincere condolences to Dave's wife and his family. I worked with Dave at SSB in the early 80's and he was one of my favorite people - always supportive and helpful in every aspect of our work. We spent lots of time working to move SSB into the multi-currency arena and we loved the challenge. Many wonderful memories.

It was with great sadness that I learned of Dave's passing. Dave was both my uncle and my godfather. He also was best man at my parent's wedding, James and Jane Sexton.
Dave was a kind and warm soul who always had a smile. I have the fondest of memories of Sexton family get-togethers at both Christmas and other festive occasions.
May he forever reside in God's peace.

I DON'T KNOW WHETHER YOU REMEMBER ME BUT DAVID AND I WERE VERY CLOSE FRIENDS GROWING UP IN MATTAPAN. I HAVE ONLY FOND MEMORIES OF HIM AND OUR TIME TOGETHER WHICH SOMEHOW AS THE YEARS PASSED WAS FLEETING IN RETROSPECT.
HE WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY THOUGHTS AS A VERY DEAR FRIEND DURING THE TIME OF MY YOUTH.

Dave was one of those rare people who made everyone and everything around him better. His contributions to State Street continue to be of value long after he left. Those of us who had the privilege to work with him will always remember how he helped us to be better in our jobs and as people.

It is so sad to hear of Dave's passing. Dave & I worked in the SSB Quincy mgmt office (Q5W) back in the 1970/80's. He was always so kind and pleasant - such a gentleman. Gloria, if there was one thing I remember most about Dave, was how he beamed with love when speaking of you. You & I only chatted a few times but I never forgot what a terrific couple you were. I trust that God will keep Dave close to you & your family's hearts forever ~
