Don Marchione Obituary

In loving memory of Donnie Raymond Marchione, who passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025. He was a kind and generous soul who was loved by everyone who knew him. Donnie touched the lives of many with his selfless acts of kindness. He delighted in his friends and their children who he treated as his own and surprised them with unexpected gifts of toys. Donnie helped friends in need with open-handed generosity and expected nothing in return. His loving spirit and big heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He was the only cherished son of Eileen and Don Marchione and Jim and Karen Waldron. He was preceded in death by his loving grandparents David and Frances Parks and Robert and Helen Marchione and his loving uncles Robert Gorse (surviving wife Patricia) and Robert Marchione (surviving wife Linda). He was the nephew of Jim Marchione, Glenn Gorse, Cindy Kriston (Doug) and Kelly Parks. He is also survived by a host of loving cousins and friends.

Family and friends are welcomed at the WALTER J. ZALEWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 216 44th Street, Lawrenceville, on Friday, September 19, 2025 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish, St. Augustine Church on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

Donnie,
Some of my best memories were hanging out with you! We were close for a few years especially the DD’s days. You were always the life of the party and you sure knew how to throw one and play all the best music.

You were there for me when I was making the move from FL to PA. You worked endlessly to help me find the house of my dreams and although there were multiple offers in such a competitive market you were able to get the house Danny and I wanted most. You were always a great salesman.

I will sure miss you! I promise to always be there for your sweet mama we won’t let her be lonely. Rest in peace sweet cousin you’ll truly be missed ❤

Was a good man. The first time I met him, he treated me and acted like we had known each other for years. Always had a smile on his face and would do anything for anyone. He made you feel welcome around him. You will be missed.
