Hume, Donald Francis Of Belmont, passed away in his home on June 14th, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 55 years to Anita (Polcari) Hume. Loving father of Donald Hume, Jr. and his wife Karen of Jacksonville, FL, Michael Hume and his wife Sally of Jacksonville, FL, Lisa Chaput and her husband Stephen of Lexington, and Marianne Zuckerman and her husband Noah of Portland, OR. Adored grandfather of Nicole, Adrienne, Christine, Nick, Samantha, Emily, Michael, Becca, Charlie, Jesse, and Gabe. Brother of the late George Hume of Pacifica, CA. Survived by his brother, Albert Hume of Moultonborough, NH, sisters, Jean Lazzaro of Wakefield, and Joan Robinson and Joyce Thorne of Strafford, NH. In addition, he is survived by many nieces and nephews. Don retired from Polaroid Corporation and enjoyed spending time with family and friends in Belmont, St. Augustine, FL, and Moultonborough, NH. Funeral from the Stanton Funeral Home, 786 Mt. Auburn St., (Rt. 16), WATERTOWN, on Wednesday at 9:30 A.M. Funeral Mass in the Church of St. Luke, 132 Lexington St., Belmont at 10:30 A.M. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 P.M. Interment Private.
