Dottie served as Chaplain to the Bay State Chapter 14, WAC Veterans Assn. during the years of my presidency, 1993-1995. She served in a wonderful support capacity, and I will always remember her as a find person, and a lovely lady. My sympathy and prayers for Dottie and all her family.
