I miss you and our phone calls, Eddie. I don't know how to express the hole your passing has left in my heart. The fact that you became a follower of Christ is a comfort to me and should comfort others as well. Rest in peace.
Your friend,
Roberta Morse-Tuttle

Dear Family and Friends of Eddie:

Eleven years have gone by but it seems like yesterday that Eddie and I were talking and joking over the phone. I used to live in New Haven, Connecticut when Eddie was working at Sikorsky Aircraft. I moved to Virginia in 1998 by still kept in touch. Eddie's sense of humor and love of life will never be forgotten. He is probably looking down upon us from heaven laughing at the dumb things we do every day. God bless you all as we await the return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Dear Cheever Family: Only really knowing Mr. Cheever briefly and through the regards of my mother Roberta Morse-Tuttle, I would like to express my condolences. Only having met him once, he struck me as a good man and a proud American Patriot. I would like to thank you all for his service to our country and his example to those of us that have followed in his boot-steps. I wish to honor his memory by flying an American Flag over our Company Headquarters here at COB Adder, Iraq. Mr. Cheever,... May the fair winds carry your Parachute home, and Ever Forward.

Dear Cheever Family: Offering my deapest heartfelt sympathy on your loss of "Eddie". He was my friend. We go back to when he lived in CT during the 1980's. I knew that his health was poor but I was unaware of how serious his illness was. I spoke to him briefly in July and just last week called to find his phone disconnected. Please rest assured in knowing that Eddie was "saved" as I led him to the Lord in 1987. He is now in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I apologize for not being with you all today, but I didn't know that Eddie had gone home. Please feel free to contact me via the e-mail address I left with the Guest Book.
