Eileen McDonough Obituary

Of Melrose, formerly of Stoneham & S. Boston, April 3. Beloved wife of James A. McDonough Jr. Loving mother of David J. McDonough & his wife, Roberta of Thousand Oaks, CA, Richard K. McDonough & his wife, Patricia of Londonderry, NH, Joseph B. McDonough & his wife, Geraldine Heavey of Melrose, and Stephen G. McDonough & his wife, Nancy of Stoneham. Cherished grandmother of David McDonough, Amy McDonough, Stephen McDonough II, Daniel McDonough, Megan McDonough, Mary E. McDonough and the late, Sean McDonough. She was the caring sister of John Kelley, the late, Mary Kelley & Joseph Kelley all of South Boston, and the late Thomas Kelly formerly of Arlington and William Kelly formerly of Randolph. She was the Co-owner of McDonough's Catering with her husband and had been active in Stoneham's civic affairs. Funeral from the A. E. Finnegan & Son Home for Funerals, 322 Main St., STONEHAM, Wednesday at 8:15. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church, Stoneham at 9 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. Interment in St. Patrick's Cem., Stoneham. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to the Trauma Unit at Mass. Gen. Hospital, Boston, MA.
