Eva and I were gradeschool friends and neighbors in Berlin/Germany. We found each other here in the USA and had most of the time a lively correspondence and lately many wonderful telephone conversations. We lived through the same years in Germany and felt very much connected. Our thoughts ran mostly in the same directions. We enjoyed to reminisce and had a deep friendship. - I last saw Eva on the way to Portland/Maine two years ago and I am glad that I took this opportunity to stop by.
I will miss her very much, as the only living schoolmate of mine. I always admired her positiv spirit and goodness. I wish her husband the very best to travel the road and in the end they will be together for sure. Much love Lilli.
