Hi Judy,
I know it's been a long time since we spoke together but just wanted you to know that I'm thinking of you and Howard. Always enjoyed seeing your mom at the side door when she came to see my mother. I know she loved to walk as do I. I'd like to make a contribution in her memory but not sure what would be best. Perhaps you can let me know via Carol Katz as she has my email. Once again, you are in my thoughts. Margie

I have tears in my heart as I write. I loved Flo! She was one of the two best supports at the Campus School for teachers and administrators. She loved to fill me in on all kinds of things and we laughed together. Flo asked Nan and me all kinds of questions about feminism in the early 70's, feigning shock. She was smart as a whip and never missed a trick. She spoke with so much love of her children and her grandchildren. Full of life, humor, perspective, kindness and love. She was an original. My sympathies to her wonderful family. Martha Batten Kiely

Howard & Judy,
I have many great memories of your Mom and my heart is heavy today reading of her recent passing. She was one of the kindest and most considerate mothers that I knew while growing up in Northampton, always with a smile on her face and a few words of wisdom if you asked.
She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

I have many fond memories of Flo during my time at the Smith College Campus School and even after I left to teach in Honolulu. She was a sweet and lovable lady. We could laugh together at school and keep up with the latest that was going on. Sincere sympathy to Flo's family

Judy: I just read the notice about your mother's passing; I'm so sorry for your loss. No words may heal the pain that you must be carrying in your heart on the loss of your beloved mother. Please know that I want to always be there for you; you were an important person in my life.
Accept my sincerest sympathies. Always remember to take comfort in knowing that you are not alone at such a difficult time. I know that her love and memories will comfort you in ways that you may not understand.
Take care and accept my sympathies and condolences that have been sent your way. I pray to God that he showers his love upon you and your family at this difficult time - and believe me - with his love, this difficult time will pass soon. I will keep you in my prayers always.

Florence always had a keen interest in people, and she and Kate were the heart and soul of the Campus School. She was sweet and kind and had a wonderful sense of humor. At the very center of her world were Mo and her kids. A great mother and friend. Debbie Levy
