FRANCIS W. ROWE

ROWE, Francis W. Of Bellingham formerly of Cape Cod and the South Shore died on June 2nd in Weymouth. The beloved husband of the late Helen (Clark) Rowe. He was the loving father of Carol Rowe of Carver, Ronald Rowe of E. Providence, R.I, and Richard Rowe of N. Providence R.I. Brother of Mabel Tryder of Reading, Mae Coughlin of Norwood and the late John Rowe, William Rowe and Eleanor Safrine. Cherished grandfather of Jeff Murray, Bethany Rowe, Amy Rowe, and Tracy Flynn. Great grandfather of Jason and Rebecca. Born in Boston September 26, 1924 a son of the late John and Anna (Doyle) Rowe. Educated in the Boston schools, he served with the United States Coast Guard during WWII. Francis was a Letter Carrier with the U.S. Postal Service he enjoyed watching hockey, football,enjoyed country and celtic music, the ocean and was proud of his Irish heritage. Graveside funeral service will be held on Friday June 8th at 1:45 pm in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, Visiting hours in the Cartmell Funeral Home 150 Court St. Plymouth on Friday from 11:30 - 12:45 pm.
