Frank forever a friend, one we will miss, his card and his calls. It is hard to put to words how we really feel. As we have always said he was a nice person .One we will never forget.

My sincerest sympathy to Frank's family. When I was director of dining halls at Yale, I would often call Frank for advice. His words of wisdom were always right on the mark and freely given.

It was especially memorable to work together on the 1978 & 1987 Nacufs National Conferences. Frank was a true gentleman & I hope some of that has rubbed off onto me.

Most Sincerely, Alan Kenney

So very sorry to year of your loss. I worked with Mr. Weissbecker at the Director's Office (I helped Rose Eromin) for about 5 or 6 years, he was such a great and caring man. Take care.
