HUMPHRIES, George W., Jr. Of Winthrop, formerly of Everett, January 10, devoted and cherished husband of Linda (Casey). Beloved father of Kristine Humphries of Winthrop. Step father of Heidi Freda of Lynn. Dear brother of Patricia Cappucci of Medford. Brother in law of Peter Casey of Marshfield and Susan Dishong of Revere. Also survived by his grandson Jordan and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Son of the late Bridget (Healey) and George W. Humphries Sr. Funeral from the Ernest P. Caggiano and Son-O'Maley Funeral Home, 147 Winthrop St., Winthrop on Saturday at 9:00 AM followed by a funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend the visitation on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Interment to follow the mass in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Memorial donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, P.O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265-0309 or to the American Heart Association, PO Box 417005, Boston MA 02241-7005.
