George Thomas Kattar

KATTAR, George Thomas Passed away at Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, MA on Monday, August 30, 2010 surrounded by his wife and family members. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Phyllis (Burke), and children, George P. and Debra (Romeo) Kattar, Kevin P. and Susan (Farelli) Kattar, Kimberley A. Kattar and spouse Thomas Kelley, and Meredith Kattar all of Methuen, Candace A. Kattar of Washington, DC and James M. and Darcy (Caruso) Kattar of Salem, New Hampshire. He is also survived by one sister, Mary, wife of Kamiel Abdoo of Methuen, eleven grandchildren Jesse Kattar, Linsay Strozza, Kylee Kattar, Jamison Kattar, Calvin Kattar, Kirby Kattar-Shaheen, George Kattar, Bonnie Rose Kattar-Shaheen, Niko Kattar, Keegan Kattar and Tanner Kattar, one great granddaughter, Mia Bella Mastrangelo and numerous nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his daughter Kerri Ann and two brothers, Thomas Kattar of South Lawrence and Peter Kattar of Andover. Family and friends may visit on Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at the Cataudella Funeral Home 126 Pleasant Valley St. Methuen to be followed by a private burial.
