Dear Richard and Family
I remember Gloria laughing. As I can detect an instant audience, I found one in Gloria. I didn't have to try to hard but when I saw just HOW MUCH she enjoyed laughing with me I tried harder to make sure I could get a chuckle from her.
I remember when I screwed up once, Richard must have shared it with Gloria as the next time I saw her she remarked hopeing I wouldn't get stung in the wallet to badly?
The sincerity made me feel so good cause it conveyed the Motherly touch and warmth that I'll never forget.
Richard I most appreciate your direction and support in helping me and setting me straight while a rookie @ WAMU. You shared when you didn't have too but you did. I suspect your family has had the blessing of that kind of support because you and Gloria. I wish you well and ALL of God's Blessing.

Dear Dick, Laurie and Rick,
My heartfelt sympathy to all of you. Gloria was such a special, warm and giving person, I will miss our Wednesday/Friday chats so, so much. It was a privilege to care for such a brave, courageous woman.
