Dear Mrs Butaney,
I am sure this letter finds you surrounded by the support and love of those who care deeply for you during this incredibly difficult time. It is with a heavy heart that I extend my deepest condolences to you and your family on the passing of your beloved Husband , Gul.
Gul was not just a friend but a cherished companion from 1971 when we worked together at Raleigh Industries of America in Boston,MA. The memories are a testament to the beautiful soul he was, and it is heartbreaking to contemplate a world without his warm presence.
During our long friendship, I had the privilege of witnessing the devotion that bound the two of you together. I fondly remember the impromptu dinners at your home. I can only imagine the profound sense of loss and grief you are experiencing, and my heart aches for you.
As you navigate this challenging period, please remember that you are not alone. Your friends and family are here to offer support, comfort, and solace in any way possible. If there is anything I can do to help alleviate the burden you may be feeling, please do not hesitate to reach out. ([email protected] back in Bangalore,India!
In the coming days and weeks, as you mourn the passing of Gul, I hope you find solace in the fond memories you shared together. May those memories serve as a source of strength and a reminder that will forever endure.
Wishing you peace, strength, and comfort during this difficult time. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
With deepest sympathy,
David DSouza

To the Butaney family,
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time of loss. Gul touched so many lives here at Bentley, particularly the students who had him as a teacher are truly blessed. As a colleague, Gul was the kindest, caring and compassionate person. I pray that the strength you find in your faith with God will continue to hold you up in these next few days and beyond. Sending strength and love your way, Poh-Lin Yeoh
