LAURENCE, Hon. Kenneth Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court (Ret), of Peabody, formerly of Sydney, AUS, South Portland ME, Lincoln, Lexington and Peabody, died November 11, 2025. Harvard Graduate, 1958, London School of Economics, 1959, Harvard School of Law, 1962. Renowned attorney and partner of Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP 1971 - 1990, Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court 1990 – 2007, Northeastern University Law School professor, author of "Volume 51 – Professional Malpractice of the Mass. Practice Series," beloved musician, cartoonist, prankster and family man. He is survived by his loving wife of over 63 years, Lynda Mae (Wilson) Laurence; his son, Matthew Laurence; daughter-in-law, MaryHelen Gunn; his cherished granddaughter, Sophia Rose; and many cousins and family spread across the globe. Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Ken's life, which will be held at the Chapel at Brooksby Village, Brooksby Village Dr., Peabody, Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 2 PM, to be followed by light refreshments and fellowship in the catering room at Brooksby Village from 3 to 5 PM.
