I knew Judge Curran professionally over the last 20 years. As an attorney practicing frequently before him, I was greatly saddened to hear of his passing. He was an outstanding jurist.

Judge Curran always exhibited a high sense of honor and a deep sense of commitment to his position as a Superior Court Judge; and to the litigants before him.

I have no doubt that whether they won or lost a particular cause, the attorneys and the parties who came before Judge Curran felt that they received justice in his courtroom and a well-considered opinion from the bench.

I am honored to have known him. My deepest sympathies.
