Jake was an amazing young man whom I had the privilege of working with on a project at the University of Colorado Boulder. His integrity, "can do" attitude and ever present friendly smile were priceless qualities on a very difficult project that took place during the COVID pandemic. I remember thinking many times during that project, how I would love to thank his parents for raising such a fine young man. The project team teased him incessantly about getting married and he would just smile at us like we had no clue about the magnitude of love he had for his future bride to be. My deepest heartfelt sympathy go out to all of his family, friends and young wife with prayers for comfort and strength.
