DEVLIN, James Donald Of Foxboro, MA, passed away peacefully at the West Roxbury VA Hospital, on May 26, 2024. Jim is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Mary; children, Jim, Jr and his wife, Stella and Maryellen Cullity and her husband, Pat; grandchildren, James, Jack and Michael Devlin and Ryan and Lauren Cullity, all of Foxboro; and brother, Vincent of Scottsdale, AZ. Born July 25, 1935 in Donegal, Ireland, he came to Boston in 1937, where he grew up in Jamaica Plain. Proud Double-Eagle graduate of BC High and Boston College. U.S. Navy Fighter Pilot, flying from the decks of the USS Oriskany (The Mighty O) and USS Hancock. Built a professional career in Information Technology Sales & Marketing and had the ideal retirement job at TPC Boston Golf Club. Longtime member of Foxborough Country Club and active parishioner at St. Mary's Foxboro. Visiting Hours will be held at Robert's Funeral Home, FOXBORO, on Tuesday, June 4, from 4:00 to 7:00pm. Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Mary's Church, Foxboro, Wednesday, June 5, at 10:00am. Interment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, West Roxbury.
