KAROLIDES, James 78, Feb. 16, a retired ATF agent and former Danvers Police officer, of Bonita Springs, FL, formerly of Danvers and Middleton, husband of Nancy (Johnson) Karolides, son of Muriel (Herrick) Karolides of Danvers, father of Candice McGann of Brockton, Dawn of Danvers, James, Jr. and wife Debera of WA, Tyra of Beverly, Robyn Picillo of Danvers, Matthew of Peabody and Mark and his wife Brenda Karolides of Peabody, 17 grandchildren, his sisters Sue Gehling and Priscilla Herrick, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 9AM in the Calvary Episcopal Church, corner of Cherry & Holten Sts., Danvers. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours are Friday from 4-8PM in C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., DANVERS SQUARE. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Operation Troop Support, 16 Trinity St., Danvers, MA 01923. www.LyonsFuneral.com

The world has lost a wonderful man and our family has been through too much this year. Uncle Jimmy left us all with so much to enjoy. I hope everyone can remember and enjoy all of the good memories in through hard times.
