Jen was a loving mother, a tremendous advocate and a truly good human being who would do her utmost to help others. I had the privilege of knowing her and she was an inspiration to us all. She will be dearly missed. She will always be with Dylan and will never be forgotten. Deepest condolences to Dylan, family and friends.
