Dear Papa: Even though since the very beginning of our relationship as Father-in-Law/Daughter-in-Law we have live 1,500 miles apart, you were steadfast and never wavered in your unconditional love and support for me and your two grandsons Derek and Jake. You made very effort possible during the 32 years I've been married to Mark, along with my loving Mother-in-Law Marianna and my Brother-in-Law Jack while they were alive, to continually make the long trips back and forth, by car or plane, to visit us in Florida, at least once or twice a year, just to be with us on holidays, help us with our many house moves along the way, fly down just to come to your grandsons' school graduations, sporting events, along with always generously and lovingly opening up your winter and summer homes and your wide arms to welcome us on our visits to MA all throughout the years. I will always regret not being closer in proximity to you, especially in your later years, as you were like a father to me, and on all these trips back and forth there was never enough time to spend with you. I do believe we made the best of the situation and had a lot of laughs along the way. Of course, your wonderful eldest son Chugga was a huge help in bringing you down to visit us, and he also provided a lot of support, love and comic relief throughout these times as well. I hope you are resting peacefully next to Marianna, with Chugga sandwiched between you both, and the laughs are continuing. Please continue to watch over your large clan, help them find peace with your passing, as we all await our journey to be renunited with you all again in heaven. I love you, Dad

I worked at the market in Melrose throughout High School and Nursing School. He was very good to me and even came to my Parents wakes. He was high energy but taught me to work hard and be accountable. Great man. My Sincere condolences to his entire family.
