It was with a great sense of loss when we heard of John Dubiel's death.

We wanted to let John Dubiel's family know that they have our greatest sympathy, and our hearts are
truly saddened.

John Dubiel was more than just a wonderful person; he was always so kind and considerate to us
that we always enjoyed all the high-end consulting gig, we worked with him. John Dubiel was a
thorough-bred Professional, unassuming, unbiased, very objective in his opinion's and open-minded and
a Great IT Thought Leader.

And, we know that his passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of all those who knew him.

John Dubiel will always remain within our hearts, May God give John Dubiel's family strength.

Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with John Dubiel's family.

With our deepest sympathy,
Bala

As many of us are mourning the loss of a great leader, trusted mentor and dear friend, who had touched our lives, at both professional and personal levels, I'd like to take a moment to pay tribute to John who had such incredible life to celebrate.

As most of us are aware, John was not the "easy" manager/leader to work for - he demanded the best of all of us when it comes to work, and constantly pushed us out of our comfort zone to excel. His relentless drive for excellence and laser-sharp focus on business results led to a successful and recognized practice from scratch since he joined the company. His leadership and direction, dedication and work ethic, among many others, are the core value and legacy he had left behind, and will be tremendously missed by all of us. Personally, John was a genuine friend - often times he went the extra mile to provide support wherever/whenever necessary to ensure our families are well taken care of; and he shared great stories with us. His caring and attention to detail often pleasantly surprised us on the road - he remembered what mattered and we helped him pick a video game for his lovely granddaughter after we finished a client meeting.

John will be greatly missed and continue to inspire us. Our deepest thoughts and prayers are with John's family.

John Dubiel was supposed to join my team as a senior consultant the day after his unfortunate demise. The technology community loses a very senior and experienced professional. I have never had the pleasure of meeting John, but we were on a few phone calls about his assignment and I was very impressed by his experience, wisdom and extremely excited that he would help our team grow and mature through his partnership and mentoring. My deepest condolences to his family, friends and colleagues. He will be missed.
