John Forte Obituary

Of Newton, March 14, 2005. Beloved husband of Patricia (Panaggio) Forte for 50 years. Devoted father of Steven Forte and wife Cheryl and John Forte Jr. and wife Kim of Las Vegas, NV, Karen Munro and husband Frank of Wrentham and Brenda Boudreau and husband Freddie of Canton. Loving grandfather of Daniel, Thomas and Allison Boudreau and Dana, Christopher and Nicholas Forte. Dear brother of Rose Forte, Peter Forte and Lucy Paradiso all of Newton, Joseph Forte of Waltham and Palmer Nies of Dedham. Son of the late Antonio and Victoria Forte. Funeral from the Andrew J. Magni & Son Funeral Home, 365 Watertown St., Rte 16, NEWTON, Thursday at 9:30AM. Followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Newton, at 10:30AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment Newton Cemetery. John worked a lifetime in the construction industry. He was a Veteran of the US Marine Corps serving in WWII. He was a member of the American Legion Post 440 in Newton. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoyed puzzlemaking, Keno, poker and scratching lottery tickets.

I will always remember what a hard working man John was. I can still see him cutting down trees in Brenda & Freddy's back yard. I'm glad I had the opportunity to know him. My prayers go out to all of you.
