Mr. Kaneb was a very genuine, kind hearted man. It always made me feel appreciated as he would make his rounds around our office and plant to make sure he said hello, introduced himself and shook hands. I loved his saying, "you help us, we help you" . Thank you Mr. Kaneb for your caring and kind heart. May you RIP. Although, I only saw you on occasion, you will be sadly missed. My deepest and heartfelt sympathy to the family of John Kaneb.

My deepest condolences to Ginny and the Kaneb family. I knew John as a fellow Board member of the Innocence Project. His unwavering commitment to justice, fairness, and bipartisanship in the service of pursuing the right path, will always be remembered. His generosity of time and spirit was abundant and I am grateful for his keen intellect having touched our lives. The world was made better by the example of his life. I will miss him.

My deepest sympathy to the family of John A. Kaneb, may God comfort them in their great loss.
Although I spoke with him many times, I never had the honor or privilege of meeting him in person or to shake his hand, which will be one of my greatest regrets in life.
I will never forget his kindness, sincerity and wisdom.
He is the finest example of his Greatest Generation.

To the Kaneb Family,
Deepest condolences on the passing of the great patriarch of the Kaneb family. This is also a huge loss for the non-profit community of New England and even the Nation. We will never know the sum total of all of his good works and generosity. But what you are left with are your warm memories of a great father and husband, the example of an extraordinary philanthropist who never forgot the less fortunate and the love of a true Christian gentleman. He was a great old friend of my late father who will not be forgotten. May he Rest In Peace.
