Dr. Pearce had endless generosity. He had a true calling for his role. The time I spent with him and the things I learned from him are a living part of me. I trusted him like I haven't trusted a doctor since. He helped me create a better life for myself. He helped me save my life. I am so grateful.

He will forever be in my prayers and thoughts. He was a help to many people and family that I know. I am so sorry for your loss. He taught me so much on Martha's Vineyard. I thought it was wonderful that he took the time to drive all the way to the vineyard. He must have been a great husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed by many.
Goodbye Dr. Pearce

Dr. Pearce,
I will always remember you in your room next to your computer with shelves and piles of books all around. You gave me so much hope. You made such a difference. You mattered so much. The world is a better place because you were here. I feel grateful to have known you. You will be in my thoughts always.

A great man, kind, smart - always put others before himself. He loved his work, spoke of his family often. A proud man who I will miss deeply. Good bye Dr. Pearce.
