Dear Bridie & Family
So sorry to hear this evening of the passing of a truly wonderful man a very dear husband father and gandfather.
John was one of natures gentlemen very loyal to his family and very wide circle of friends.
I would dearly love to be with you at this very difficult time as you know I have so many fond memories of our many meetings in both Boston and Ireland.
Mary and I send you our deepest sympathy but be assured that in the words of St. John the Good Lord - "Has a room awaiting John in Heaven"

What a wonderful man - John Ryan. I have sadly just heard of John's passing while I am on holidays with my family overseas. My mother, Nellie is Bridie's sister and as kids all of us looked forward to Bridie's and John's visits to us in Galway. He brought such kindness and infectious laughter with his company. His wit and sense of humour always lit up our home. I can imagine the deep sense of loss Bridie and all the Ryan family are feeling for such a special and loving man and we offer our heartfelt sympathies. I know John is with the Angels now and no doubt he is amusing them! Thank you John for all your kindness and laughter. We will remember you always in our prayers. Sean Holian & family & Nellie Galway
