Jon was a colleague when we both worked at different Blue Cross HMO whose mental health coordinators met once a month. We lost contact after the HMO was sold and eventually closed. He was always a joy to talk to and I am so sorry we lost contact. Out of the blue, I just thought I would look him up to catch up. He was so sweet with an excellent, absurd sense of humor that I loved about him. I am just reading this for the first time in January 22. I am sad that I never got a chance to "catch up" with him. Life is so short. Friends are so precious. I so regret losing contact with him. He was such a sincere, heartfelt, insightful and above all funny friend and colleague. I am so sorry I never got to "catch up." I feel for his widow. My husband died of a blood cancer 7.5 years ago and I will never get over it, nor will my children, who are still bereft. I will never marry again. Very late but sincere condolences to his wife and family.

Dr. Perlman will be missed at the office! He always had a story or a joke to share. We would often talk about our Lilys, as my daughter and his granddaughter are the same age. He spoke so lovingly about his family & his grandchildren and he was always proud to show us photos of them on his phone and on his desk. My thoughts are with his family.

I am deeply saddened by this sad news.
I have vivid memory of his soft spoken word,
smiles and attitude to help others.
Jon will be missed not only by family but by community at large.
May God give strength to family to bear this Loss.
Peace !!!

I am so sad to hear about Jon. I have been working with him for the past 10 years . He was always so happy and loved sharing stories about his family . He loved making people laugh with his jokes as well. I am going to miss him . I am thinking and praying for your family .
