Today is Joe's Birthday on this earth as well as at another level of life. I was very lucky to know him no matter how short a time it was. I would do well if I could follow his way of living his life on this earth.
I love you Joe!

Joe was a special person in our lives - a gentleman, an artist, a good conversationalist and a friend. We warmed to him the first time we met in Wakefield and enjoyed talking and visiting with him. His smile would light up the room. Yes, he will be dearly missed but our memories of him will stay forever.

I only knew him for a short while although just from hearing stories from his family makes me know he was an amazing man who lived a long meaningful life. May his soul rest in peace forever. Bye bye sir you will be dearly missed.

To a great man who will be sadly missed. Not many people can say they accomplished all that my grandfather did in his 94 years.
He will forever be the storyteller

Dad...may a tree grow from you! I know nothing would please you more.
I'll try to always have a garden in your memory. It won't compare to yours, but you know I'll follow your rules and hope for the best.
Thank you for all you taught me...not only about gardening, but about life.
