We will never know how many lives Joe has helped to rebuild. Thanks for being one of the founders of the BPD Stress Unit, that alone has saved hundreds of lives including my own---Rest in Peace Joe

I'm sorry that Joe is gone. I remember Joe, when he was the Director of Security at the Transportation Building down on Stuart Street. I did security at the Bay Bank, that was in the lobby there. Joe was a really good guy, and the photo is great!
