Condolences to the family of Julian Bussgang. I interviewed him at the former Museum of WWII in Natick -- I recall having to use his wife's tablet because my camera equipment failed. His was an incredible story, and I am sure he will be missed.

On behalf of POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews and the Association of the Jewish Historical Institute of Poland, I would like to express our deepest condolences to Mrs. Fay Bussgang and the whole Bussgang family. Julian and Fay Bussgang were among the first Donors, who helped us make our dream come true - to tell the 1,000 year story of Polish Jews at POLIN Museum. He will be deeply missed, but the memory of him and his extraordinary life journey will stay with us forever.

Very sorry to hear of Julian's passing. He was a lovely man. I was privileged to write about him several times and included him in my book on Boston area Holocaust survivors. It was an honor and a pleasure to learn so much about his amazing life. Julian's memory will be a great blessing to so many. My thoughts are with Fay, their three children and their grandchildren.

As a member of Julian´s UK extended family, I have been very honoured to know Julian over many years. On early visits in the 1980s he would take time to talk with me, and on one occasion he took me to the local library to show me the wonders of Google and the latest advances in electronic communications. He listened. My last meeting with him was June this year, on a memorable meeting with the family when we all had lunch together. He has given much. We salute him. RIP Heather Eggins, widow of Jack Simmons.
